Planning Refusal – Listed Building, Edinburgh

Our client’s Agent was not making much progress with a Planning and Listed Building Consent Application for replacement Double Glazed Traditional Sash and Case Windows to their Grade A Listed Building in the Centre of Edinburgh (also a World Heritage Site).

Outcome

MPR Consultants were commissioned to carry out a full condition/dilapidation report on 21 windows and an external door.  A full technical report was prepared and along with photographic evidence was submitted.

Full Planning and Listed Building Consent was subsequently granted by the Planning Authority.
