Our client had new external doors and roof line works carried out by a National Company and were very unhappy with the workmanship and service. MPR Consultants were commissioned to assess the work and prepare a full report of the work carried out on site, which included supporting photographs for the client to present to the contractor who has conceded to it’s contents and findings.

Outcome

Their works were removed and carried out by another Contractor who were project managed by ourselves.

Pursuit and retrieval of the initial deposit of over £5,000 and the balance of over £15,000 due to the original National Company was subsequently dropped.
